Kiev, Ukraine is really a city that brings back many stories to a lot of people from the horrible tragedy of the “Kiev Famine” to the incredible beauty of a city fortunate with an amazing architecture, history and traveler potential. During the past century Kiev went through unknown to being the capital of a free country when in 1989 students went on a hunger strike, an event that led to the fall of the Communist Regime and in 1991 and self-reliance of the Republic of Ukraine.
