So you head to the rental agency to pick up your car hire and you are handed this long, wordy document to initial, initial again, and then sign. Many people don’t take the time to read this document, after all, they know what they are getting into, or do they? Honestly most people are okay with the idea that they gathered only correct information from the person they made the reservation with and they asked their questions and received what they felt were straight up answers. But what recourse do you have if the rental agent steers you wrong? None at all.
Once you have the lease that is what they agreed to and even if this document is the statements in it that are completely contrary to what you thought you heard or what the reservations representative said the company says it is not You should have signed the documents and they would be absolutely correct. These documents may be exactly what the agent said that the holidays there are no guarantees, read through the entire lease.
