I’m Swedish hehe and I love ABBA!
I saw this excerp last year on German television. It’s from a big TV show (1984) where Björn, Benny, and Frida were amongst the guests. They where interviewed about what where doing after ABBA split up. They gave their “official” statement that ABBA wasn’t over – they were just taking a break. Then they talked about their current projects and Björn and Benny talked about Chess. The interviewer asked if they would participate in the next song and they entered the stage to accompany Murray Head.
Thus far the only official DVD is in Swedish, but the production with Josh Groban and Idina Menzel will be out on DVD in the spring.
Does anyone know where one can buy a DVD of Chess? I see pictures and excerpts of the singers, but have not located a DVD with all the opera?

Agnetha with dark hair? Doesn’t look like her. However, Benny, Mjorn and Frida are there. WOW! I never knew they did the backup vocals! My daughter played in the US production of “CHESS” and got to meet Tim Rice! LOVE THIS MUSICAL PLAY! 10 stars!

The lady with the red hair standing beside Benny is Frida (Anni-Frid), but the other lady is not Agnetha, it’s Karin Glenmark!

Well if you mean that Chess is a stage production, then yes. But if you mean the song is from the stage prduction, like ‘Chess – Live’, then no!
